Introduction to ARCHER
The Advanced Research Computing High End Resource (ARCHER) system is a Cray XC30. This massively parallel supercomputer provides balanced performance between processors, memory, interconnect, and I/O. The Cray XC30 system combines Intel processors, Cray’s Aries network and the Cray Linux Environment to provide a system capable of delivering production processing capability to ARCHER users.
ARCHER is managed by EPSRC on behalf of the UK Research Councils.
Please acknowledge the ARCHER UK National Supercomputing Service in any research output that makes use of ARCHER.
For more information, see the ARCHER Website.
