Early Career Research Workshop
EPSRC seeks expressions of interest for attendance at a one-day workshop for early career researchers. The aim of the workshop is to engage with key members of academia and industry, and other stakeholders to inform future strategy for this part of the Mathematical Sciences portfolio.
- To discuss the peer review process and the role of early career researchers within it
- To identify key aspects and criteria of the EPSRC funding mechanisms for early career researchers and how to access them.
- To gain an input from early career researchers into future strategy for mathematical sciences
The workshop will take place on Tuesday 26 March 2019. Venue to be confirmed.
Expressions of interest to attend are welcome from academics, industrialists, and other stakeholders at the early career stage. As places are limited, the expressions of interest received will be reviewed by an internal EPSRC selection process to ensure a diverse representation of attendees across disciplines, career stages and organizations.
EPSRC are committed to a policy of equal opportunities and will also consider this when selecting attendees.
