Most reviewers and prioritisation panel members are from EPSRC’s College of Peer Reviewers, which consists of around 5,500 individuals.
The College of Peer Reviewers broadly represents the research community it serves, and contains a spread of knowledge and expertise covering the full breadth of EPSRC remit.<
College membership comes with certain expectations from EPSRC, but in return receive expenses and training for their activities.
An online tutorial has been developed to enable members to understand details of the peer review process, the roles members may be asked to fulfil, how they fit into that process, and how to ensure that their contributions are as helpful as possible in reaching sound decisions.
EPSRC College newsletters to keep you up to date with the running of the college, changes to procedures, results of surveys and more.
